And so I’m jumpin’ into this bloggin’ world 
I am a Salesian novice. A young man following in the footsteps of St. John Bosco and Jesus Christ. St. John Bosco started a youth movement in the 1850s to reach out to young people in need and help them to become good Christians and honest citizens.
I am a part of this movement. I am a novice which means “new guy” and come this August with God’s help I will make my profession in which I will promise to work for young people especially those who are poor, promise to live with other men working for the same mission, and live the evangelical councils which are obedience, poverty and chastity.
I am writing this blog to share my life as a Salesian “wanna be” and to share my experiences of “staying with Don Bosco.”
